The compact 10" tour staff bag is heavily made use of by golf professionals on the European, EDP and Alps Tours. The exclusive 'Exclusive Custom Stitch' model leaves nothing in customization wishes left to be desired. Twelve various sections are individually embroidered and combined with special material colors.

The basic price includes the tour staff bag Montecastillo in the primary colors of black and white, the individual embroidery on the front and sides (areas B, E, F), the addition of a classic company logo as well as hand-made manufacturing.

Customization Options

The more individualistic we manufacture your golf bag, the more exclusive it’ll be. Our offer allows you to configure the degree of customization as you wish. You can create a totally new look with a special material color. Green, blue, pink, yellow, orange – just about every color you can imagine is possible. Additional embroidering motifs can be artistically programmed and established three dimensionally. Additional customized sections make your Custom Bag a valuable luxury item. The cost for the hand-made manufacturing increases with each additionally customized area. At the conclusion of each product description, you find a selection menu for every indicated area for customization with the options "With Customization", "Without Customization" and "Blanco". The corresponding additional costs are also displayed. You can select from the following areas:

The features of the tour staff bag Montecastillo

• Size and weight. The staff tour bag has a size of 10 inches. The divider measures 25,5 x 21 cm (10" x 8.,3 "). The staff tour bag has a height of 87 cm/34,3" and a depth of 45 cm/17,7" from the ball pocket to the cooling compartment. With the rain hood, the bag weighs 5 kg.

• Material. Easy-care outer material made of polyethylane (PU). PU is a highly resistant synthetic fibre characterised by elasticity, water impermeability, tear strength, and a weatherproof seal. The ulitmate high-tech material for a golf bag with long life guarantee.
  
• Perfect handling. 10.5cm wide shoulder strap (convenient for caddies) with a 1.5cm thick padding. The shoulder strap is adjustable and can be hooked above the ball pouch for extra fixing. In addition, the Tour Bag has a strong handle in classic design and two hanging rings for golf towels, club badges, club brushes, etc.
  
• Pockets. A total of six zipped pockets, including ball and tee pockets, cooling compartment, a large pouch with two-sided opening, a front pocket with interior compartments for sun glasses, mobile phone, token, credit cards, change etc. as well as two small compartments for keys, pitch fork, etc.
  
• Cooling compartment. Compact cooling compartment with room for two 0.5l bottles and round refreshments. Thanks to the 4mm strong thermofoam layer (CFC and FC-free) coated with tearproof insulation film, the cooled items (use cool packs in summer) always stay cool and fresh.
  
• New continuous 6way divider. A further development of the traditional divider technology with separating walls. The dividers are continuous and also fixed to the sides. Each partition has an all-around lining of a soft velvet material. This shaft-protecting optimization is what makes the classical 6 partition divider achieve a seminal revival.
  
• Rain protection. Sturdy, waterproof Tour Bag cover with transparent insert and practical zip opening for ergonomic club handling in rain. The umbrella can be stored in a space-saving insertion compartment at the side.

You can calculate and configure this offer yourself. In addition to the central front sections (area B) and the sides (areas E and F), you have the opportunity to equip your custom golf bag with additional customized surfaces. Due to the enormous advance expenditure in hand-made manufacturing, we only accept and process our orders via advance payments. • The file of the logo in ".jpg" format at a high resolution of 300 dpi or in the form of a vector file in an ".ai" or ".eps" format, which serves as the best option.
• A digital color pattern for requested colored customization.
• A precise indication of the placement for the embroidering motif in areas A-I

A draft is also available free of cost before you complete your order decision. A fee will be charged for all other designs.

The time needed for manufacturing depends on the number of surfaces you’d like to have customized: 3-4 weeks for simple custom golf bags and 5-6 weeks for custom golf bags with a number of sections to be individually customized.
